To this point, prior to Sainz binning it, they were saying Leclerc was going to be at risk because he didn't build a 1 second lead in 2 laps before the DRS was going on.

This restart is going to be interesting on the hards.

Leclerc could be in trouble with tires without a good heat cycle, conversely it could be rough on Ver to get heat in more worn in tires.
