Hang on. So, if I theoretically get my hands on some water, I know it is not wet. However, if it freezes completely, then melts just a little, the vast majority that remains frozen would be wet? Ironical.

In the truest sense of the words, water actually is wet, because all of the ideas and formulations surrounding wet we get in relation to its ability to make things water like, as we perceive. Wet paint, for instance, is paint perceived to be in a water like state. Wet simply can't exist without water, it is effectively water in action.
Of course it does get somewhat muddled by perception and perspective.

tl;dr: SEZ built entirely by Co-Sci interns in their first year of study. It wobbles UP and DOWN like a trampoline and is scheduled to sink about 7.5ft in the coming 10 years rendering the foundation unsafe

I have it from impeccable sources that the central group of cantilevered trusses at the SEZ second deck will be substantially stiffened to reduce deflection and increase the comfort level of the fans. The structural steel additions will be completed this summer, before next season. IMO, the additions will also look good, and not out of place.
The new west side is on or ahead of schedule, ahead I believe, and next season is going to be off-the-charts exciting IMO.
This will be my final post on this matter.
