toilet paper is pretty much full in stock now. As far as how far out depends on the store. Newer stores will have more slots because they were built with curbside as opposed to having them added on so they have a much higher capacity for orders per day. Also yes they are filled right before pickup time. I just realized I responded inside the quote lol. Oh well.

My understanding is that it is filled an hour or so before your appointment time.

My store just got in a few pallets of Clorox wipes last night. The good news is that toilet paper is almost back to normal. People aren't panic buying anymore so our supply is slowly getting back to normal. Thanks to vendors like distilleries we are also getting in a lot of hand sanitizer. It will honestly probably take over a year to start getting in all the different varieties of things that ppl are used to buying simply because the manufacturers are focusing on producing more bulk of their popular flavors. It's no telling how long, if ever, they bring some varieties back.

Also, in case anyone is wondering, everyone inside the stores must wear a facemask. My store had a covid positive partner almost a month ago and the extreme precautions we take were very reassuring that heb is handling everything as well as could be. Also, in exciting news for us the yellow coupons made their debut again today!!!

Atag, in my area in Kroger/Smith's stores we are seeing very peculiar shortages of British blend black tea (Kroger brand). Are you seeing anything bizarre like this in your area?

that is only at select stores unfortunately. Pretty much every store should have some meal simple though.

FYI, for you folks looking to go and do actual in-store shopping, go Sat night. I was at HEB at 7:00 last night and there was at best one person per aisle. 2 "regular" check out lines open, and I only had one guy in front of me. It was great. I've never seen it like that , even before pandemic. I felt like this is what it must be like "in the old days" shopping at 11:00 at night.

Thanks for taking the time to answer! After a solid streak of most stuff being in stock online and actually receiving it (or reasonable substitutes) curbside, we've had a bit less luck the last couple times.

Side note, a weird thing we've noticed is that we frequently get a text message saying something was out of stock and no substitute was found, only to find that the item is actually in our bags when we pick up our curbside order shortly afterward.
