Off blind resume yes. Bama had a better resume (minus the conference title game which Miami didn't even qualify for in the ACC)

And so did the playoff committee which is why bama was 9 and Miami was 10.

Go back to those playoff selection threads. The consensus was Miami, bama, ND in order of preference to face in the opening round.

Yep, I was guilty as well. But it only took the 1Q to see that they had the best defense we had seen all season and their D was way better than ANY SEC team including UGA, OU, Bama or cow.

As for baseball, hoping for 8 seed but 9-11 seems likely. If not Top 8, Don't really care what SR we are paired with, just win our regional.

This has been a strong bounce back season. Winning our regional and a SR appearance would be good for xfer portal and HS recruiting.

Yep. I audibly said "oh thank goodness" once I saw Miami was our matchup. I was just terrified of playing Notre Dame again given how our run defense had gotten worse the final few weeks
