Ambient ballpark sounds are good enough for audio.
This would be good enough for me for a good portion of out midweek slate most seasons. I enjoy those games when "technical difficulties" give us an inning or two of this a couple of times a season.

This is one of the cooler ones I've done! The Google car has not been inside the cemetery where the road is signed, but luckily, you can see the sign from just outside the gate here.

In 1887 or thereabouts, W.B. Wise, a cotton merchant based in Paris, Lamar County, Texas decided to show off his wealth by building a very intricate and large Queen Anne style home, made of brick and, according to the National Register listing, "more sophisticated than most of its style and date in Texas."
The plot of land that the Wises bought to build the house was once home to a race track in 1885.

I kinda like this - there is a lot of subtle symmetry and nice gardening all done on what I presume was a budget.
It's not likely to win any courthouse beauty awards but is not really a Russian blockhouse either.

Look closely: the jail is on the top floor. And, as a resident of Wichita Falls, I would say it's better looking that the State Hospital (which we joking refer to as LSU: Lakeside University)

Back in 1921, the legislature was considering establishing a state mental hospital and Texas Tech. There was fierce competition for these two facilities. Wichita Falls won.

Mimosa Hall (Leigh, Texas) - Stephen F Austin Campus

Built in 1844, Mimosa Hall was part of a 3,000 acre plantation belonging to John Johnston Webster. After arriving in Harrison County in 1839 with his wife Miriam Richardson Brown and son John Brown Webster, Webster designed and built the home with the help of his slaves. Although the national register states that Webster ran a large and successful plantation, not much information is available on Webster and his family.
According to Ancestry.com, Webster was a member of the U.S. Sons of the American Revolution. (Ancestry.com. U.S., Sons of the American Revolution Membership Applications, 1889-1970

Kreische Brewery State Historic Site
In 1849, German immigrant Heinrich Ludwig Kreische purchased 172 acres of land including the Dawson/Mier tomb, now known as Monument Hill State Historic Site. Master stonemason Kreische built a three-story house for his family. In the 1860s, he utilized the spring water from the ravine below his house and started one of the first commercial breweries in Texas. Walk the ruins of this once-bustling brewery and envision how Fayette County citizens would come and enjoy a pint of Kreische's Bluff Beer while looking out toward the beautiful Texas landscape. The Kreische Brewery and home are listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

It is almost like there was a time when cities/counties wanted a functional building without spending a fortune so they didn't worry about things like ornate facades.
