Any team in the country would love to have Bell and Tracy first off the bench. Would have been great depth. But they were unlikely to start and unfair to expect them to stay in the modern portal world.

How about this

I did not lose one player that I thought would come back. Bell commited to TCU, right away, meaning he was long gone several weeks prior.

If We had actually wanted him back, things would have at least been done to give him pause. They clearly were not with him being gone that quickly. Thats factual. Not sure why that bothers you so much. Again, it means we have a roster where the best rise to the top.
