Yeah...gonna be a little awkward if he wins and they aired about 4 of his shots.

Show actual golf. Scottie is currently 5 back. Just cut back to him when he's ready to hit. Good grief.

Ok, if people want to complain about too much Tiger coverage now that he's rarely in contention that's one thing. But now we are complaining that they are showing too much of the player who is #1 in the world, has won 4 of his last 5 starts (including the most recent major), and is currently at the center of one of the most bizarre and unbelievable sports stories of all time?

Block is probably someone we can all agree on not needing to see

Exactly. Gary Woodland and Shane Lowry also won majors in 2019 and we aren't watching every shot they hit because they aren't in top form.
Therapist will claim them showing Tiger laboring at +7 kept him watching but we all know that's a lie. There isn't a single person watching golf all late afternoon who was going to turn it off if they didn't get a glimpse at Tiger shanking an approach 30 yards to the right and into the tall grass while 19 shots back

The only people who bring up Tiger is the Tiger haters lol

The reason that a major tournament won't be returning to Valhalla is because the PGA of America no longer owns Valhalla, which was the ONLY reason that Valhalla held multiple PGA Championships and a Ryder Cup. Plenty of better, more demanding, more deserving clubs out there, but those clubs weren't owned by the PGA of America.jckrjr7 said:
Safe to say a major tournament won't be returning to Kentucky for a long time. Between the arrest, the weather, and the traffic situation a site like PGA Frisco makes a lot more sense for a large event like this.
Which leads right into PGA Frisco, which is already slated to host a PGA Championship and rumored to host a Ryder Cup, SOLELY because it is owned by the PGA of America which runs both events. Plenty of better, more demanding, more deserving clubs out there, but those clubs aren't owned by the PGA of America.
I also chuckle about the weather comment. As if a golf tournament in mid-May in North Texas is somehow immune from adverse weather (see the Nelson & Colonial).
