If the Travis County Court issues the subpoena, we'll see. I would expect Strong has called his attorneys in Louisville who represented him in the player lawsuit and is making arrangements for a deposition to take place out of the public eye. That's what he should be doing, anyway.
If he in any way fights the deposition on procedural grounds, that's a bad sign pointing to him having something to hide. At which point, Perrin has to have a sit down with Strong and question him closely, assuming he hasn't already done so.
