I will play devil's advocate and say it is entirely possible that she pursued Charlie and he didn't reciprocate. But I found it interesting that Mr. Blue is also seeking "credit card charges for services, products and accommodations which to any degree benefited Tracy Blue." So Mr. Blue seems to think Charlie was reciprocating her affections.
