It's officially a rebuild. They really need to package bj Upton for prospects. Offer to pay most of his salary and get whatever you can.

The return for Justin is a little underwhelming. The pitcher could be great, but he's coming off of TJ surgery and will basically miss 2 seasons during his developmental phase. The outfielder has elite speed but strikes out too much. Jace Peterson isn't much of an upgrade over the Tommy la Stellas if the world, and the fourth guy is several years away and strikes out too much.
