Good news is we've forced a lot of pass breakups and penalties and held the Leach passing offense to only about 15 times our passing. Right where we want them

I've been wondering why too. It is weird he just looks very close to where he is and never down the field. King did some better passes at times but he also had a very stilted delivery at times. At this point I would just give Connor a shot.

My biggest qualm is out inability to adjust. Yes, it's one thing to run a philosophy and it not work as intended, but it's another to not recognize the visual cues and adept. We do not adept, at all. Feels more stubborn and a desire to make the original approach work, no matter what.

Jimbo's one good season has been using an experienced O-line and QB (recruited by someone else). I'm fully open to supporting a rebuild, but the team has been "young" way too long.

Really until the fumble the game was going well. About to score. Moving ball. Defense is a problem not getting off field.
We'll win this war, but we'll win it only by fighting and by showing the Germans that we've got more guts than they have, or ever will have.
