I actually think #64 is the problem. He's lining up to block one guy and then switches mid-rush. Achane is lining up the block the free crusher based on the initial look and then all the sudden the free rusher is coming from a different gap

I'm not an O-line expert so I don't know what's proper technique…I did notice that on a couple of the sacks on the last drive

We can blame ourselves as much as we want (and warranted), but Miss St is executing an aggressive game plan that have us dumbstruck. And again we have an ineffective game plan that we cant seem to recognize isnt working and changing.

What can it hurt to try Weigman? We can't put a drive together. There isn't any awareness of blitzes pre snap despite them jumping into the gaps. We have talent all over the field but can't consistently use any of it except Achane. Weigman may not fare in better but what are we looking at? 80 yards in a half rather than 100? What difference does it make?
