Its insane how bad a business decision it was, for people who you would think should know better.
Paying him an insane initial contract to come here is fine. We extended and gave him a raise without doing anything of note.

An 18 year old who quit on his high school team instead of playing his Sr year. Has had drops and fumble issues going back to the UA All Star game. Got suspended for sneaking out before a game (again, calling to question his commitment to a team).
