It's alright, we end the season with a 4 game series against the Orioles.
I'll give Marwin the benefit of the doubt because he has a cannon and it's a short left field. I'm thinking he thinks that if he can field the ball cleanly he's got the guy at home and he feels better about his chances of making the throw vs. diving. But, yeah, in hindsight if you've got Marisnick, Springer, Reddick, or probably even Kemp in LF at that point then they make the diving grab and the inning is over.jetch17 said:

They have a soft schedule to end the year. They do have 3 game series against Tampa Bay and Seattle. It would be nice if they could lose at least 1 if not both of those series.

You've got to give the A's credit, they've kept battling....I expect the Astros to ultimately win the division, but I don't want to see the A's in the playoffs.

Exactly. No need to worry about catching Boston for the best record(not that we were going to). Only need to focus on winning the division.

Cleveland has great lineup & starting rotation. Even with a crappy bullpen, it's still much better to have to face OAK or NYY (not that it matters at this point)
