Here's 15 acres roughly a mile upstream from Mystic for $1.4 million and 500 acres in Comfort with Guadalupe frontage for $18 milion. Seems like Mystic would easily command somewhere in the $10-20 million range.

For what it's worth, Camp mystic is not just one big chunk of land on a single tax ID. There are multiple separate parcels, so the guesses on value associated with it would depend on which parcel is being discussed.

Just gets worse and worse. And people were hoping the Eastlands could open up this summer with over 800 already signed up. I don't get it.
