Good question. I meant to add that in my post.
It was Hoffy's Archery in Lampasas. The pro there, Aaron Barton, is a great guy, very helpful, and really knows his stuff. I spent 4 hours in there with him and another employee, Zane. Aaron talked me through the tuning issues on my old bow, then setup and let me shoot a new few bows, helped me with some form and draw issues, and answered lots of questions I have had but haven't had anyone to answer. Then, once I picked a bow, they did the entire set up, made sure I was sighted in for 20 yards, helped me pick the right sight tape, cut and made arrows, etc. Yes, all of this is stuff you would expect a shop that is selling you a $1000 bow to do, but these guys just did it really well. They were also very welcoming and fun to talk with while I was waiting.
It's about a 40 minute drive from my house, but I will take my archery business there every time.
