Gained another .6 this week. I am doing ok on my diet not great. I'm working out some not as much as I should.

Losing about 2 lbs a week now which I have heard is healthy weigh loss. Eating about 2500 calories a day, but working out everyday with few exceptions. Found a Men's Health 15 minute workout I like with dumbell weights & 300 jumping jacks in between sets. Then try to walk at least 2 miles afterward when I can. I alternate that with biking 5 miles or walking 2 miles on in between days. I have such a simple breakfast and lunch that I a left with about 1300 calories to eat after work which allows me to eat almost anything.
Tracking food and workouts on the phone has been very helpful.

I haven't been able to exercise as much as I would have wanted, but I have been eating fewer desserts and drinking less alcohol has lead to 6lbs off. Now if I can just get used to getting up early and working out I will be much better.

I went up a pound. Not too bad though I spent the entire week on the road so I had to eat out all the time.

Mix of P90X, running and ice hockey for exercise. And eating a high protein diet.

Didn't work out this week, ate pizza one night then had it for left overs for lunch and dinner the next day, had burgers and half a pitcher of beer one night. I lost 4.5 pounds. I'm excited but very annoyed. I guess my over all caloric intake was lower all week.

I got a late start due to mild back injury, did well at the gym for a week, and then slacked off last week. Definitely need to get off my ass

I hadn't posted on this thread yet, but think I should for motivation for others. I started my weight loss journey on 11/1/12 and have lost 34 lbs to date. It's just the beginning!

While not officially in this thing, I just passed the 15# mark today, dropping from 235 to 218.6. We shall see if I can keep it up.

Added mine for the week. No progress. Of course... bad eating habits and not working out for the week typically lead to that.

Finally made myself work out last night so I am getting back on track.

Well after having a baby 3 weeks ago, my dieting has been non existent. I usually just have to pick some fast food that sounds good to my wife. Maybe I can get back on track.
