I dropped from 289 to 242 this year, though I believe I've crept back up to around 250 following a cruise Thanksgiving week and all of the usual holiday laziness. If I just get back to what I was doing this past spring, hopefully I can get down to my goal weight of 220 by this summer.
anyone interested in trying to use an online group tracker where we can input our own progress (lack thereof) and see the group results without having to put the burden on just one person? I was looking around and saw these, not sure which would work the best:
