Spent some time in Orlando on business along with a few trips to Universal. I ate very well and only gained 1 pound that I lost back the next day.
Walking and standing in 80F weather for hours seems to keep my weight at bay. Problem is that I am still trying to get back into workout mode.
At least the 9 mile bike ride and 4 mile walk seems easy. Now if I can get my sleep schedule back on track.

If you are wondering April 20ish dates at Universal are really good. Longest wait was 30 minutes. Some great coasters were walk up and ride. Most waits were 10-20 minutes.

Also look for "MODIFIED" seating if still trying to trim off weigh, or if you "sit tall" like I do it helps a lot.

Rip Ride Rockit - is an awesome coaster at Universal, but I saw something that made me wary. One guy ahead of us in line apparently never tested out the ride seat before he got in line. He had a good sized beer gut. I told my wife if he makes it on then I damn sure better. The guy tried 3 different seats and failed them all. Felt bad for him, but I got nervous. I kept saying, "I am not that big" to myself. Got in the seat they swung over the bar and it stopped short. CRAP! Then I looked and my wallet in my cargo pocket was in the way of the bar. Moved wallet, locked in and picked a great tune then a great ride.

Thanks to Seven and all here who finally got my @$$ in gear to lose enough weight enough to enjoy every ride I wanted to in Orlando.

Work is telling me to buy new clothes, I'm down two pant sizes and shirt sizes. I don't want to buy anything until I reach my goal weight.

Kind of funny, I have lost 20 lbs since my worst ever weight. Now when I gain 2 lbs after being sick all weekend I get pissed off.
I will take that as a good sign.

I have hovered around 20 lbs down for about 3-4 weeks, and now I am ready to break through. If I could just stop coughing.

My mom just stayed with us for two weeks. She finds it necessary to cook stuff like fried chicken, chicken & dumplings, cherry breeze pie, sausage with gravy & biscuits, etc. I lucked out and only gained one pound while she was here. I took her home this past weekend. Now its time to get serious and try to hit my goal weight.

I must say the dieting is very hard. It seems like every few days something comes up that causes me to go over my calorie goal. Luckily I set the goal low enough that I have still been losing.

I am deeply sorry for forgetting to hide the weight column for week 16. I got tied up with work and moving and just forgot to hide it. I will do my best to not let it happen again.

The coughing crud does not help with working out very much. Diet and weight didn't suffer too bad, but I have lost the burn from working out every day.

What is the ending date for this challenge? I have a side bet that goes through July 4th but I still plan on reaching my goal weight. I'm willing to keep going on this for as long as everyone wants to.

Finally got everything updated. I apologize for the delay on my part. Been pretty busy but thats not an excuse. I'm open for discussion on when to end this thing. It has become part of my habits to weigh in once a week, even though I am not doing much to improve my weigh situation.

I started this back in October. As of today, I have lost 15%. I am doing Weight Watchers at work and trying to lose 1-2# per week. Since I started I am at 1.7# per week. This has been the easiest I have ever had.

I need to lose another 15-30% so I am going to be weighing in for a bit for many more months. I can keep reporting for as long as Seven wants to keep recording.

I just want to thank Seven again for the great job he is doing. A blue star to you sir.

This week I hit the big 50. Started at 257 in January and hit 206.5 this week. Laid off fast foods at lunch. Mainly stopped having a Whataburger with double meat, cheese, bacon, mayo, no lettuce or onions and whatasized the French fries. I now have soup for lunch, several small meals during the day and work out every morning. Regular meal at night with better portion control.

Started at 238, but I am down to 215. I want to drop down to 190. I would be pretty happy there.
