Seriously, add me to this thing. I'm 5'10" 220 right now and 16.5% body fat according to my Omron, and shooting for 225 and less than 12% body fat by years end.

Fill out the form and use your BF percentage instead of your weight percentage. Put 3.5% BF so I will know it's not weight

Part of the cool deal for me is that I have to hike alot for work. I can hike even more if I'd like. I think I might be hiking alot in the next couple of months.

Also, we have hikes at work here in Austin (I work for an urban nature preserve) if anyone is interested. I've got 3 this month.

Or, if you want to hike around some weekends which I work.. I could always use a hiking buddy!

Good luck to those of you that are participating in this. I ran it last year and managed to lose about 30 pounds. I've gained back about 5, but am happy at my current weight.

I am running two sheets. The one you fill out with the form is the master list, and I cut and paste into a second sheet that everyone can see. I do this to keep everyone's information (real name, email, weight) discrete. So if you fill out the form and don't see your name show up, don't worry I will update it.
