Week 1 weigh in slots are up. Weigh in on your own time when you want to. The weeks will start each saturday morning but you don't have to enter your week weigh in until the start of the second week.

Example, we are starting the first week this week, but I won't weigh in for week 1 until next saturday. I will then enter my week 1 weight on the sheet, but the week 2 slot will already be up. This way everyone can enter their info when it is convient for them.

Yeah - couldn't remember if I had done it or not. Use the second one (should start at 257). That one was measured, the other starting weight was a SWAG.

I've been doing pretty good so far on my diet so I am hoping for good results when I weigh on Friday. Been doing oatmeal with fruit in the mornings (+ whey protein if I lifted the previous night), bringing a salad with grilled chicken and boiled egg to work with balsamic vinaigrette, and chicken, steak, or fish at dinner with quinoa, sweet potato or brown rice and some more veggies. Also doing a protein shake with fruit after lifting sessions.

I made some changes to the sheet. I was running two separate sheets in order to keep peoples information discrete, I figured out how to do it all from one sheet and keep everything private. So you should see real time updates. When you enter your weekly weight you won't see it show up on the sheet, but you will see your user namer down at the bottom. Don't worry, I will combine the info.

Seven, I'm in as we'll. Late signing up, but started the diet on Monday! Sure wanted a beer during championship game!

You can put in your weight whenever. My personal weigh in day is Saturday morning. I will leave week 1 spot up for a while, but I will add week 2 spot on Saturday also. That way it is ready for those whose weigh in day is during the week.

I dropped 5 pounds this week. I tried to hit about 75% of my meals as healthier choices (had 3 nights when I couldn't take it and had a couple of burgers and some pizza), didn't drink too much, ate breakfast every day, ate healthy snacks, and worked out 3 times. All in all it wasn't too hard. Looking at the sheet there are some posters who are killing it.

If anyone is wondering I'm doing the Special K 2 week challenge. I only had one bad meal all week and stayed on the plan the rest of the time. I do run every night also. Everyone work hard on your goals!

I entered my weight for today but I haven't seen the sheet update to show my percentage loss for today. How long does it take to update? Or could this be because of my username mess-up?
