Also I looked a little closer at the app I found for my iPhone
"MapMyWalk" and it can track workouts such as walks, bike rides, weight workouts along with food eaten and calories burned or injested. All for free unless you want special features. It even gives a calorie daily target for my weight and subtracts what my workouts give back.
EDIT: The app seems to already be calculating for weight loss on daily calorie intake. It is less than Maintenance for Little or No exercise and at extreme Fat burn on working out daily for my weight.
