Funny how the administration doesn't claim National Security is an issue until AFTER the passes are revoked and lawsuit is filed.

Funny how the credentials were not returned until AFTER the plaintiffs were hauled back into court.

As far as following the law goes, Trump is doing it badly.

In fairness, the national security argument was the only real argument they had. Fortunately Judge Kelly saw that it was a bunch of bs and noted that in the TRO. And they didn't get hauled back into court, because the passes were activated this morning, and the hearing wasn't scheduled until 12:30 local time.
