I count 47 & I doubt the list includes people illegally arrested during Jan 6th(some weren't even at the capital) nor those illegally targeted by the IRS.

Plus the term or symbol 86 is on every player in the NFL along with 47 if those 2 are standing side by side are they suggesting something?

That's not going to work. Comey, as Director of the FBI, is not going to claim "oopsie, had no idea it was a bad thing". In fact, scuttle is the evidence includes confirmation he had very clear understanding of what "86" referred to.

I wonder what evidence will be uncovered if discovery any legal warrant isn't thwarted by the corrupt judiciary.

DOJ doesn't ask for discovery. If they want something, they get a warrant.

He knew what he was doing.

Of course he knew what he was doing. But none of us know. We can speculate, but none of us actually know what his intent and his thinking was. 8

His intent was to get everyone to look at him, and it worked. If he thought he were posting "hold the mayo," he wouldn't have bothered posting at all. Claiming he could have meant anything is ridiculous, and only a bootlocker would try to convince others of that (and I don't believe you are trying to do that because you don't believe it yourself).

They won't be able to prove his intent in court. I just hope his civil rights are trampled all over and he is treated cruelly and unusually. He has earned it.

"They won't be able to prove his intent in court."
Maybe maybe not, depends on if he bragged about his sick joke in any correspondence, especially electronic, as it may have been preserved.

**** him. He's a criminal with no respect for the constitution, for Americans' civil rights, the rule of law, our elections, or Americans in general. He's a reprehensible thug.
