Comey testified he never leaked or authorized anyone to leak. McCabe testified he leaked and Comey authorized it. One of them is a perjurer.

All these investigations. Should be easy to figure out if he lied or not while under oath.

Presumably that's why Comey is being prosecuted and McCabe isn't. The FBI has corroborating evidence.

The Biden administration (whoever was running it) DID use the legal system for political purposes, over and over, especially regarding Trump. Changing laws to only be able to charge him. I agree they used government power against him. I used the word "political" somewhat broadly and comingled everything into it. Impeachment has been described as a political act, not a criminal one, and it's also an act of government.

To your point, they abused many elements of government trying to take him down... the impeachment power of Congress, the FBI to raid his home, the state AG in NY to press bogus charges on him... the list goes on.

That's why it's so gratifying to see Comey getting a dish of karma and Letitia James under investigation.

Beyond the fact that Comey lied to Congress and abused his position to target Trump, the other thing that makes him stand out as a vile creature is how arrogant he was in his approach, as evidenced by this video.
