Did Comey lie under oath before Congress? Or do the laws regarding perjury and "misleading statements" only apply when Comey and his band of weaponized Democrats within the FBI put them to the likes of Martha Stewart?

Evidence for that claim in bold? How do you know that the fired attorney refused to indict to protect Comey instead?

There is obviously enough evidence because a liberal GJ just indicted him.

Congress should create a new court for prosecuting political and government political.

Then another set of courts to flush out judges who are out of compliance.

Ha! I had forgotten about that. It was definitely weird! I didn't realize it was the same person!

But the legal analysis remains interesting.
Trump just had his Nevada acting US attorney have indictments dismissed on related, but distinguishable, grounds.


Will Comey seek to have the indictment dismissedon that basis? Or will he stick with "let's go to trial"?

His son in law worked in that office until he resigned when Coney was indicted. So there could be some conflicts of interest, I suppose.
