Nah, we've been there for a long time. "Man made climate change".

It looks like she has a history even crazier than her recent post.

She is rabidly pro Covid vaccine for children, to the point that she encouraged people to file false complaints against doctors that did not want to administer the shot to children.

Quote:

Dr. Propst, operating under the pseudonym "Chris Tina," was linked to "Shots Heard." This activist outfit, allegedly funded by Big Pharma interests, orchestrated smear campaigns against doctors who dared to challenge the narrative. One of their prime targets was Dr. Mary Talley Bowden, a Houston-based physician who has been vocal about medical freedom. Posts from Dr. Bowden on X have long highlighted the harassment she endured, including false complaints filed with the Texas Medical Board (TMB)a tactic "Chris Tina" reportedly encouraged. Lynn Fynn, another targeted doctor, echoed these sentiments, detailing how the group's actions bordered on defamation. Screenshots from the private "Shots Heard" Facebook group, shared in our previous article, showed Propst's inflammatory posts, including one from November 7, 2021, urging followers to report a colleague for "unprofessional conduct" over COVID-related issues.

This. The 100 year flood plain data is based on records from the early 1800's as I understand it. The 500 year flood plain data would seem to be somewhat speculative at best?
Those rivers are thousands of years old. Those canyons, basins, and watersheds took the same thousands of years to form. There are fields and pastures from the rivers that had their soil laid down from those rivers thousands of years ago.
The years we have flood data from would seem to be but a small fraction of what those rivers have done throughout time.

Especially when a Republican is in power. These political hypocrites would not be belly aching if Biden or Kamalala were in office.

They trying to put same blame on Trump for the rain, that Biden earned for lack of response to a hurricane. In all fairness I'm not sure Biden knew it rained.

In fairness, they have to keep him inside when it rains. Just like a turkey if he feels rain on his head, he will look up and keep staring up until he drowns.

Recall that under Biden, homes in areas affected by the hurricane with Trump posters were passed by FEMA. Every disaster is politicized by Dems.

That's because they have been brainwashed by the media and the liberals, period.

within 5 minutes the leftists on social media started to lie and claim that National Weather Service had been cut (even though the budget was just passed the day before and would only take effect next year)

even when we have hundreds of examples of the NWS sending out texts and messages that a flood was coming!

Big difference in criticizing the response (or lack thereof) to a natural catastrophe and criticizing the prevention of one.

False equivalency. People rightfully questioned the Biden Administration draining FEMA funds and not having anything left to help American citizens in their time of need. No one was saying the citizens of North Carolina who supported Harris/Biden deserved what was happening to them like we're seeing from some directed at Texas.

Sade Perkins said via response to comments "maybe it was God's will for these little c**** to be washed away." I can't post photos, but there's screenshots. Wish that would make headlines instead. Being an alleged "white only camp" was the most tame of her spewed hatred. She is pure evil.

You may not be interested in politics, but politics is nevertheless very much interested in you. It's literally the catch-all term for "managing the stuff that effects everybody". Unless they're not interested in having a policy (see where that word comes from?) on flood preparedness and response...

So could that Pedi be reported or have ethics complaints filed against her? I am completely unfamiliar with ethics complaints but it seems highly unethical of a doctor to be cheering the death of kids because the community's and presumed beliefs of their parents differed from you.

I hope there is a pathway here for her to lose her medical license.

An excellent apolitical analysis of weather data on this event:

https://open.substack.com/pub/rogerpielkejr/p/the-texas-flash-floods?r=1eb7tu&utm_medium=ios

The data show considerable variation across the U.S. but also no indication of an increase in this metric for "flash flood alley" over this 42-year analysis. In fact, with the exception of the southwest (decreasing trend) and parts of Appalachia and the Ohio River Valley (increasing trend) there is little overall indication of significant trends in R95p metric of extreme precipitation.

How so? He said his predecessor wasn't to blame, which is actually refreshing to hear from a sitting president to not try and politicize this event.

Not even close, I don't recall anybody blaming anybody for the devastation. The problem is when up to the election, those MAGA in Appalachia were still waiting on help. Same in Florida.

I suspect her firing is only the beginning of her pain. Abbott's office will go after her license.

It just so happens her license expires the end of November. Something tells me her renewal may be a bit more troublesome.
