But the staff reaction to his attempt to stop the bleeding is that he's not a good steward.

The tears at the link are delicious.

Halperin had a good interview with their one-time 'fact checker' Glenn Kessler last year, where the latter even claimed they couldn't write for conservative views because their readership was so left, or they'd lose subscribers if I recall correctly. Really, the whole conversation was fairly hilarious.

That we are STILL paying the salary of these types/groups is infuriating.

A grand conspiracy case would require confirmed USA's and staff to prosecute, RICO etc. is not simple litigation at all.

Separately China has used both their own and our money to fund the 'Palestinian' (Hamas) rioters on campuses, and other NGO groups such as Code Pink etc. This is blatantly obvious now as a subversive operation the CCP has conducted for years, with the tacit support of much of our swamp/deep state/Democrats.


Medea Benjamin of Code Pink notoriety should absolutely be an easy target for various wire fraud/sedition charges imho. '…enemies foreign and domestic.'

Two things here: a conspiracy case isn't a RICO case, correct?

Secondly, there's 2-3 threads here that are extremely informative. I'm very grateful for the work and passion y'all have brought to this thread.

I keep up fairly well, but there's so much more out there that's good, accurate information.

My understanding about conspiracy laws is the SOL's don't start until the conspiracy has ended, which I don't believe has happened. RICO isn't the same, to my knowledge.

Oh, and it's hard to take anyone named "Madea" seriously.

There are different federal criminal conspiracy statutes that could be used, but as well the racketeering influence and corruption could also attach. Part of the issue involves the statute of limitations yes but I think it's likely a broader conspiracy case against a set of actors/people would use RICO as there are clear organizations/networks involved.

18 USC 241, conspiracy against rights is plausible of course but probably not dramatic enough. The act of covering up the voter fraud in Georgia thru Jan 2024 (via falisified/modified images) as uncovered in the Fulton County search recently makes much of the plausible conspiracy ongoing through that date.

Again, this would/should be high level litigation, if it happens (which I know some expect it never to do). Above my pay grade, respectfully.
