Right, but there's no point to having it unless it's eventually unfurled. I assume his plan was to do it right before but between the adrenaline, readying his weapons, looking for his spot, he just neglected to do it

Yep. These electric trucks have insane torque, so they can push through a ton of ***** Battery life is an issue, but would be the ideal vehicle to quietly blast through a crowd of people.

The entire drive he took was about 300 yards. He floored it and sped at a high speed by all videos out there and by the impact on that lift.

I bet people or cops near the crash were approaching first and that is when the shooting started. Cops are all over so I'm sure some were quick to respond. The ones we saw on video were.

Maybe, but he was never realistically going to have a chance to unfurl it. I think he just knew it would get unfurled after his death and get the message across.

Krystal is close to Canal, between Canal and Iberville. Conti is a couple blocks further down Bourbon.

Yes, regional FBI part time SWAT teams are a joke. Tier 1 SWAT teams in Top 50-75 cities with full time teams are much more capable and train a lot more. HRT means something big is up. BORTAC is a close asset that could assist as a Tier 1 Team but are likely limited by jurisdiction.
