There is a reason the Chinese come to America for education and not vice versa.

Doesn't change the fact they have 5 times as many workers in the field than the U.S. to choose from.

I'd be more supportive of importing qualified talent, under two conditions:

1) some sort of screening for assimilation before and after initial migration. (Think: 10 year probation period where any criminal conviction equals deportation, and other similar checks)

2) we need a parallel process for pushing out the "natives" that suck. Maybe they can colonize Mars.

You should see the stem degrees. I have someone with a degree from Guru Jambheshwar university who can't properly add or subtract.
