Didn't really finished up with the zinger there. Didn't really get him to crack. I'm going to try to point out inconsistencies in closing. Does Wisconsin allow for a rebuttal case? Maybe they'll bring somebody in to contradict something he said. Overall didn't seem horribly damaging to his case, but I'm not sure how much it helped.

The "you had no business being there" argument is probably the strongest argument the prosecution has. And with the benefit of hindsight, would even Rittenhouse disagree?

Not that that argument invalidated his right to self-defense, but juries are made up of emotional people and maybe that argument will resonate.

Just a dumb, dumb, dumb decision to let him testify.

Earlier when the DA was grilling Kyle on why he had an AR to defend a structure when he knew he couldn't use deadly force to do so I was hoping Kyle would have said he and others were visibly armed as a deterrent but he didn't. Also when the DA asked Kyle why he had an AR when he was trying to render aid to the injured I was hoping Kyle would have said because he may have needed to defend himself from potential threats but he didn't.
