That is not even slightly the issue. Called into question Kyle's 5th amendment rights, brought up lines of questioning that the Judge clearly had ruled could not be.
You are misunderstanding my post...I wasn't lamenting the idea or minimizing the real 5th amendment issue. Just trying to be funny.
