A complete accident twice? I see no scenario where a prop gun could be accidentally discharged and injure one person and kill another unless it was shot more than once.

The victim was the/a cinematographer, so it stands to reason the camera would be looking directly at the actor, and vice versa.jokershady said:

Remember this reply, I’ll tell you exactly what happened. This was not during filming, this was off camera, he was dicking around, and fired the prop gun at point blank range, likely at her face, it malfunctioned, and she is dead. It’s an accident, but was easily avoidable.
