It's been nearly 2 months since Althea Bernstein of Madison, WI told police 4 "classic Wisconsin frat boys" set her on fire for being biracial.

How's the FBI investigation coming?

Why hasn't local law enforcement made an arrest?

Where is justice?

What's going on? No arrests of the boys?!?!
