When you drive, do you see any torn frat-ish Hawaiian shirts flapping in the wind, or stuck to roadside bushes, ect?

There has to be some clues that could be offered to the police....

I was unaware that 2 days after the "attack" a go fund me was started in her name for her dream of starting an animal rescue farm. The gofundme was closed with a note from the organizer:
