Meh, he's an idiot and did a really bad job of explaining the point but I wouldn't say it's completely wrong.
Personally, I date women I find attractive regardless of their race. I happen to primarily find white women attractive since that's been the culture I've grown up in, but there have been a number of latin, asian, and black women that I've found attractive and would have gladly dated.
This guy is trying, badly, to say that if you find a black woman otherwise attractive but won't date her purely because she's black, that's a bit racist. And I fully agree.
Now, where he's completely wrong is suggesting that this only makes white people racist. Anyone that wouldn't date another person specifically because of their race is harboring some racism.
No, he's saying if you're not overtly attracted to minorities, then you're a racist.
Also, I find it laughable that he mentions height as an acceptable trait to discriminate on because it doesn't, "uphold a system of structural oppression," when, in fact, it does. Height is one of best examples of subconscious bias because most people are innately attracted to it. Like the attractiveness bias, it's a near universal bias that creates a structure that favors tall people in almost all things. Earnings, promotions, dating, etc.
