Hmm. I've always found plenty of Black, Hispanic, Asian, etc attractive, though I've only dated one (Latina). I think this guy presumes we have such a low interracial marriage percentage because people won't date other races. However, I think it's much more likely that they interact less frequently and therefore the outcome is a direct result. I haven't heard anyone really say they don't find X race attractive in probably 10 years and I think those people just said it to appease some group (most likely their parents) and not because they actually believed it.

Now, if this guy can convince my wife that I need some additional "experiences" then I'm listening.....

People are tribal, not racist.

Everything about your DNA and thousands of years of evolution tells you to love and trust people who look like you.

With education, religion, exposure, civilization, you tend to overcome some of your inborn caveman DNA, and accept a wider group.

When you get old like me, you start blurring attractiveness and attitude. An attractive person who is an @$$hole, is no longer attractive to you. At my age, you have no tolerance for @$$holes and Bullcrap.

A good person, who is not objectively attractive, will seem more attractive to you.

When people who don't look you are @$$holes, it's easy to revert to cavemen, and write off everyone who looks like them, and devolve to your own tribe.

Thanks, but you must not have seen all my anti Obamacare posts through the years, or posts regarding my opinion of the protests, or views on race in the workplace as well as discrimination rights. I'm even torn on gay discrimination.

I agree with most conservative views, I just don't agree with Trump. I also think he is bad for the country in general.

We need a "clear" definition of racism because sooner or later it's going to become part of law. We need to include every race, religion, sexual orientation, political affiliation, etc. Right now, If I walk into a bar wearing a red shirt and cowboy boots/hat, I'm a white, confederate flag-waving republican, racist, red neck.
