They played Headlong Flight in SA.

I think I saw The Garden in FW.

Haven't seen The Anarchist in the five shows I've attended.

I went back and watched the video I recorded during "Spirit of Radio" in Houston and I didn't realize until then that Loren Gold is going ham on the keyboards during the end of the song.

Since I was sitting up in the 400 sections at the Toyota Center, I was able to see it. When I was on the floor previously, I couldn't see that (obviously it was there).

Loren's intro to Camera Eye is great and seems to be different every night.

I thought he played more and did more vocals in Houston than SA.

I was just behind you in row 5. Amazing show. Geddy sounded better than R40 tour

That's a shirt I had not seen Geddy wear - a young Alex and Neil. The others have been great - ballerina Alex, Astronaut Alex, Nurse Alex, Bear Fighting Alex!

Looks like Anika goofed a bit after the second guitar solo but recovered. Neil's drumming in that section gets tricky.

It's so fun to watch Anika's facial expressions during Natural Science. It looks like it's one that she truly enjoys playing.

I just watched that twice. I really wish they would have played La Villa in Fort Worth when we saw them.

Yeah they did it on night 3 - the one rescheduled for July 11.

That was my second show. Also went on Jun 28.

This video from Philly is one of the best for video and audio I've seen from the tour so far. Multiple cameras.

Talk me, a casual Rush fan, into paying a few hundred dollars to see them in Charlotte next month.

The five shows I saw this year were progressively better. Every show better than the last.

The set lists are great and rotate and sometimes change to be the first time they have played that particular set list on tour.

Many songs you know. Many deep cuts. The best opener they have ever done. Incredible musicianship. Fantastic "show" with the lights and videos and pyro.

And they have fun. Two guys playing music together since their formative years, and a new drummer that just kills it every night. And the additional keys player who frees Geddy up to run around more.

Go. They are 73. They aren't doing this again. And what they are doing now is really impressive.

So you're saying I should go both Friday and Sunday that week?

Yes. You will get different set lists. There is some overlap but they will be different. If I had two shows in once city I would definitely do both.

Yes

If you get floor tickets you will stand for both sets

Some lower prom you might stand both sets

Rear lower prom up far enough to see over the floor people you might stand. You might not. You can see the "show" real well from there. I only stood a lot in one of the five shows.

I saw both shows in San Antonio, and totally worth it. Like MB said, there will be a lot of overlap between the two shows, but the sets will be different between the two nights.

Totally worth it to me.

My advice to friends
Not a Rush fan - go see it - even if you're not a Rush fan, who isn't a Tom Sawyer fan and chance to see it live.

Casual Rush fan - absolutely! It's a fan's show. You'll know several songs and the sound, production, excitement, and last chance to see them make it a must.

Rush fanatic - see the show multiple times! Exceeds all expectations!!

Agreed. One of the best shows I've ever seen - twice!!!!!

I saw Rush on 7 different tours.

This was the best concert of them all. And I'm a Neil disciple and a drummer.

Maybe part of it is just the 10+ years since R40 and that I never thought I'd see them live again.

I was quite emotional the first show but it was amazing on so many levels.

Best graphics of any concert I've seen.
Sound was amazing too.
Geddy sounded like he did back in 1980s.
Musically the guys were shredding it and had an energy like they were 35 again.
Geddy freed up by the presence of Loren Gold.
The tributes just mean so much and are well done.
Goosebumps so many times.
Getting to see them do all of Moving Pictures, all of 2112 plus ones I had never (or rarely) seen live: Xanadu, the Trees, La Villa, Bangkok, By Tor, etc.

I almost went to third show in Denver but I could not get off work. Still want to.

In my 2 shows I got everything I could have hoped for or wanted to hear except for the Trees and maybe the Garden.

I got all of MP twice.
I got the full 2112 full once. That was the bonus Houston show with the full 2112 and all of MP.
I got Xanadu, Subdivisions, Spirit, Freewill and la Villa twice, plus Working man, Time Stand Still and Bravado twice. Everyone gets that every night.
I got By Tor, Red Sector A and random CA pieces once. Hearing By Tor was a thrill.

Okay, you ****ers, you convinced me. Ticket purchased for the November 20 show. Still debating the November 22 show, but leaning towards it.

Go twice. You wont be disappointed. The only reason I didnt go to 3 was my third was cancelled in FW.

If I could swing it and get away from work I would be going to another somewhere. I still may.

I really wanted Natural Science!

It's just money. You can make more. Make Cassie calendars and sell them and we will all buy them so you can fund concert outings.

By-Tor is such an excellent tune.

Anthem was also a blessing to hear.

I may have shed a tear at Xanadu a few times. Best opener ever.

Agreed I got both of those in my two shows.

FW second night Jun 28 (which was the 3rd night originally) and then FW third night July 11.

LA setlists from night 2 and 3

I'm not sorry to admit. I was bawling the first playing of Xanadu. And Time Stand Sill with the empty motorcycle hit hard. Really hard.

This concert was a gift from the rock gods. They gave their fans a massive gift. And I am eternally thankful.

I'm old enough to remember Zeppelin when they were together. They could have done this with Jason. It would have been massive.

Agreed.

They put so much practice into the Celebration Day show at O2 in London. I was stunned it did not turn into a tour. That show was a tribute itself to record executive Ahmet Ertugen. Why not a tribute tour for John? Sure it wasn't John, but damn Jason was the closest possible thing to his dad and so much better than any other attmept including Live Aid (ugh).

Would have been so massive. I was alive in 77 but just 11. That was the last show in the US. that O2 show was in 2007. A 2008 tour would have been incredible.

A tour like this but playing just major cities for extended stays and not traveling as much would have been massive. Like 4 shows each in huge outdoor stadiums like Chicago, NY, LA and Dallas. And then London, Paris, Rome and Tokyo and Melbourne maybe.

That would be like 32 dates over maybe 4 months allowing for days between all shows and locations.

If only.

At least we got that one show and it was recorded for both audio and video. Love that concert.

They could have done it. Except for one small problem. Plant and Page. Ok. Two problems.
