Is he actively trying to form an alliance or just discussing this as a possibility? Beyond a brief discussion with Brittany and Michael, did anything else happen here? Did he try and legit get an alliance together?

What do you mean it "doesn't fly"? How doesn't it fly? She specifically and blatantly said "I'm not putting up jasmine because she's a black woman." I get she put up Terrance and targeted him. Consider that, then consider how many times the target changed and Kyle wasn't part of the conversations, it's not a stretch for him to still be suspicious, regardless of Terrance being on the block.

Its a simple "covering all bases" strategy, perfectly legitimate considering the circumstances of last year. Its a completely defensive move to protect against a cookout 2.0. One can dislike what the cookout did and still recognize that its perfectly reasonable for a houseguest to think it could happen again and take up a position to protect against it. You can't unring a bell, the the bell the cookout rang was pretty damn loud. This would have been just another side alliance, rather than the main show.

I still have yet to see these conversations.
The inside feeds have been down again for an hour, and we probably will not get the outside feeds today since they are playing non-stop music due to wall yellers (according to the BB twitter psychos)
All four cams on Jasmine loudly talking at the table with Michael and Britt, are we being punished for the yellers? WhereTF are Monte and Taylor?
The leftovers screwed up by going hard after Kyle to put up Alyssa. At that that point in the game, it really didn't matter who went home on the other side. But the end result was making Kyle feel he would be on the outs with them

They're all children. Kyle and Alyssa are. Alyssa was for taking Taylor's prize. Taylor was for acting like she did about the prize and threatening Alyssa. Only one who seems to have his **** together is Michael and Brittany in his wings.
This is exactly where I stand. I realize it might not be best for his game but from a viewers point of view im thrilled he spilled the bean to Alyssa and Terrance. He had legit reason to be worried that if Joseph saved himself he was going home. By sharing about the LO he and Alyssa are now safe one of the other two will go home.Bubblez said:

Had the LO not pushed him to vote out his showmance it never would have happened. They have no respect for what he views as his game so F'em. Also while I can not stand Jasmine...im hoping she finds a way to save herself, this will force Michael to send home Monte or Taylor.
Coming out of this week with two members of the LO voted out is absolutely what is best for the show to keep it interesting and exactly what a twist like this is intended for.
On another note, how pathetic was Jasmin when she realized she was probably the target "after everything I've been through and how hard I've had to fight" woman please, you are nipples on a boar hog...worthless

I didn't even bring it up, someone else did and I was just trying to fill the casuals in on what was happening on the feeds. You only see what CBS wants you to see.

If you have the live feeds go to 8/5/22 3:30amBBT (5:30 CDT), Kyle talks to Michael about the possibility that there is a Cookout 2.0. Only a brief part of that was shown as a flashback on the 8/18 episode, but we have seen and heard about on the live feeds and BB twitter since 8/5.

We are all just saying the same thing at this point. No one likes Kyle's idea. But they are also saying alliances like the cookout can create this paranoia. Absolutely no one here likes alliances based targeting by race, neither now nor last year.

Yes, for sure one that yelled something like "Kyle is a liar, protect Joseph". And there's a person on Twitter that claims to have inside information (has been right about some things so it's plausible) that says it has happened multiple times after that. I don't know why CBS doesn't do more to prevent it from happening
They are playing music outside to cover the wall yellers so we cannot get the outside feeds. About the only good thing on the inside was a late night conversation between Monte and Michael on social issues.

We've tried to watch the feeds, and 2/3rds of the time it's animals. I feel bad for people that have only signed up to watch the feeds. I imagine they have to be boring as hell with only being able to watch five people at a time. I think it's an interesting twist on the game, but not so sure it makes for great television.
