For a game that's so story driven, you'd be fine to find a playthrough on youtube to get the narrative aspects of it.

Honestly the greatest thing about that episode was the visuals. A few things really jumped out. There's a scene where Hera and her uncle are returning with the weapons and they fly through the clouds that was just STUNNING. I tried to screenshot it on my phone, but the app seems to resist that.

Also how the Juggernaut moved, bouncing on its pistons and servos, and then how its lights illuminated the terrain and the other characters. Just awesome.

I know we all know Cham, but Lords of the Sith really revolves around his early fight against the Empire and is worth a read.

I really liked that episode. I wonder if the Bad Batch will get Hera off Ryloth.

Kind of an interesting side story this week; felt like part one of a two part arc.

I just wanted to pop in and say that Omega's Kiwi accent is probably the most annoying accent in the universe.

The Hera/Omega focus this week didn't do much for me. Aside from filling more screen time with the above mentioned terrible accent.

Looking forward to a few episodes of crosshair chasing them down. Imagine that will come to an end before the season and we'll get an episode or two setting up next season with 6 to go at this point.

When Hers and crew come rescue her dad and the other Twileks on Rebels, what was the general story? Dad was kind of a grumpy old *******, right? Not exactly prodigal [daughter] returning home?

He's kind of a hardened revolutionary when she comes back if I remember right. Trying to kick the Empire off Ryloth but not really caring about the overall goals of the Rebel Alliance.

Thought it was a great episode.Tech had a really good line during the fight near the end that had me laughing pretty good.

Again, the visuals (especially backgrounds and cities) have been amazing! The first shot of the episode of a city in the background was stunning and far beyond what I'm used to from clone wars or rebels.

I'm still really interested in the clone officer that defected and tried to get others. I believe we hear his name for the first time in this episode, Captain Howzer.

I really like how in Clone Wars they've established how the clones had to search to find identities rather than just being a number and one of a million identical faces. That's a nice touch that probably is a realistic effect. Even if they are clones they're still real people.

Lol. I love them but the SW animated shows are riddled with dumb characters.

I disagree. They did quite a bit building her up at the beginning and making her the main focus especially in the premiere 1.5 hour long episode.

There's definitely a foundation laid for more to come with her and that'll probably be hashed out more soon.

Haven't read whole thread as I'm only 2 episodes in but Omega creeps me the hell out and I do not like her at all. I'm not sure why but there is something about this character that really turns me off.

I think this is part of it for me. Her voice doesn't fit for me. Completely irrational but it bothers me.

Ahsoka wasn't well liked at first, either, in the Clone Wars. Hopefully, Omega will follow the same trajectory.

Ahsoka was God awful early in clone wars but matured. Hopefully omega will too. Plus we tend to forget that this is a cartoon on Disney. They want kids watching too, and kids like watching kids. That said, I was hoping crosshair would snipe howzer for his disloyalty at the end of the episode. Would have amped up his character a little more.

Question.do y'all think this spin-off series wraps up this season or do they end up doing a second?

Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they only do 1 season but finish with another 1.25-1.5 hour long episode like they started.

So what exactly are we expecting out of a character who was sheltered by the Kaminoans for the first 10-15 years of her life?

1. Street smarts
2. Battle smarts
3. Different accent

I trust Filoni will show Omega and the Bad Batch to be very integral in the start of the rebellion or formation of the Rebels crew, and we'll all love this show religiously and miss it when it's over.

I mean, all the rest of the clones have Kiwi accents. Also, I assumed she was like 12. And 12 year olds are pretty annoying.

Omega is go annoying. I get they are trying to do the whole "let's see the universe from curious eyes of a child" but look at Ep4 with Luke. He isnt badgering Obiwan with questions about the universe (he does annoy Han about the Falcon) it was just "observe and try to be useful."

Do not besmirch the good name of one of my favorite SW characters.

My bad. It's tough remembering all those Star Trek characters sometimes.except 3CPO he's the easiest one to remember cause of his red arm

Just caught up on the last 2 episodes. I don't mind Omega as much as I do Sid, and episodes like Infested, in general. I understand they have episode quotas to fill, but the whole thing of "steal the stuff, lose the stuff, get caught and have to get it for the original recipient anyway" thing is jut not my favorite. Plus, how many bug swarm stories is Filoni going to tell?

The animation/CG of the webs was really impressive. Some massive computing power behind those.

Probably the weakest episode of this first season in my opinion. Didn't advance the story at all other than to introduce a weak mob boss character and introduce the Pykes to this series.

3 episodes left with a lot to clear up so odds are we're getting a second season
