Easy to get. I work in whitetail and exotic animals (not cats, any predators, primates, or any of that stuff, strictly hoofstock). You have to sedate animals to load them before transport. Not that I do it, but I am well aware of how it works. In most states animal tranquilizers require little licensing to obtain.
