Fantastic episode, a number of reasons:
- Big head unknowingly become an incubator by letting people stay in his pad in exchange for stock in their startups. He's one of the most loveable dip****s in the history of tv.
- Erlich laying into him, only to come back in minutes pretending they are on equal footing and wanting to form a partnership, going so far as to walk inside to decide which room to set up his office.
- Richard having the balls to call the CEO on wanting to fire them, only to slip and faceplant into a desk made from an old bowling alley lane.
- The spiritual guide mind-screwing Gavin to get his parking spot back. Him learning that he'd have to take a shuttle to the office was the critical moment showing what a scammer he is.
- Gilfoyle always giving Dinesh **** for writing ****ty code, then easily backing it up by creating code that exponentially speeds up the Box, just for fun.
- Jared scaring the **** out of Erlich in his dark garage room, trying to get centered (or whatever he said he was doing).
And the ultimate scene by far was the frustratingly hilarious discussion where Erlich was the first to figure out that Gavin just gave Pied Piper a valuation of $200 Million+, only to try and listen to the rest of the team discuss this with him hacking up a lunch from multiple bong hits.
