TCTTS is the movie he wrote. He was excited when he typed it in. He is rooting for you and the enthusiasm and all.

Yeah, one series of tweets I read was from this woman just going on and on about she's never been so mad at the end of a movie, that they need to quit making men the heroes just because they're men, that Lawrence's character shouldn't have forgave him, etc. I'm see the world "problematic" a lot (which I hate), but they don't realize that the script is ACKNOWLEDGING that it's a "problematic" situation. That's the whole point. He makes an unethical choice. And then has to deal with consequences of it. As if every movie should portray only perfectly ethical situations. So dumb.
..and that's one of the GOOD reviews!Quote:

Yep, the same ones who gave "Evil Dead" (one of the worst movies of all time) like 96% and Rocky IV 39%.SpreadsheetAg said:
Are these reviews from Rotten Tomatoes? The same guys who gave Snowpiercer a 95%? I will wait and see what normal people think.

I would have to figure out how to turn off my brain and it being so concerned about what others are thinking. This is why I'm sad when I want to see a movie that my girlfriend or mom doesn't want to see.Quote:
because going to the movies alone is about the most peaceful and relaxing thing I can do in my life these days

Totally derailing the thread. sorry.
I know its the dumbest thing. I was like one of 5 people when I went to see the movie. Brain says "nah this is fine" but my heart is all like "GTFO YOU ARE ALL ALONE IN THIS DARK ROOM WITH YOUR EYES AFFIXED TO THE NON-ENTRY POINTS? YOU ARE A MORON. ABORT!! GET OUT! RUNNNNNNNNNNNN" and my brain is like "shut up. This is fine. Do you know the statistics on movie theatre rapes and kidnappings? Well neither do I but I bet it is really low" and my heart is all like " FUUUUUUUUU"

If you are in Houston, I'll go with you... you can even hold my hand if that will make you feel better. But watch out because my wife will probably dump popcorn and coke all over me when she sees us holding hands, and some of it may get on you.swimmerbabe11 said:
I did it once...and I didn't die, but I definitely didn't get "in" to the movie the way I usually would.
It was still really difficult for me tbh. Doing it again makes the anxiety button on my blood pressure jump just considering buying the ticket.
