I don't know if i agree on phil being top 3. it seems like most people see thru him, but as far as the favorites go, they aren't in a position yet to get rid of him. I also don't think he has a strong enough hold over the rest of the tribe, like rob had, to be able to control the game in the way he thinks he is.

he could certainly make it far, but I think it's just as likely that a coalition forms to take him out well before then.

Phil can't even tell when people are lying to him. How can he possibly be in the top 3?

I always assume these are rigged bc producers wouldn't leave anything to chance, but here's Jeff rigging the tribe switch. "You pick from this bowl, and you pick from this bowl..."

I was about 90% sure Malcolm was briefly standing at the roulette table I was playing at yesterday- then twitter stalking confirms he was in Vegas this weekend, so I'm bumping that up to 98%.

Yes. He has a bowl in each hand. Julia takes the last egg from the the bowl in his left hand, and then he presents the bowl in his right hand to Eddie. Actually, it looks pretty innocent to me. The bowls only hold a few eggs each, so Jeff had to use multiple bowls to give everyone an egg.

How totally coincidental that the only had bowls big enough for half the eggs each.

I'd like to see if Matt takes an egg from the same one Eddie did.

Why skip the blonde girl and the bearded guy? The show could definately rig the game and probably does. They should really go out of their way to prove they are not rigging the game.

Looks like they already had eggs. He was the last one to get one, then Jeff headed over the the favorites. Probably just missed him on the first go round before he ran out of eggs if I had to guess.

I just rewatched it think this is the case. Julia and Sherri both took an egg from the bowl in his left hand and you see Eddie, Malcom, Erik and Cochran take eggs from the bowl in his right hand. I'm sure they could rig it if they wanted to, but if they did I think they would do a better job and have the teams more evenly matched. Lopsided victories and the same group going to tribal council every week gets old quick.

Agreed... I think if they were fixing they would make a more compelling competition than this is going to be.

Cochran was great. I can't believe Phillip didn't pick up he didn't believe his ****.

Every episode should have Brenda dancing and cheerleading.

I no longer care about which tribes win or when they merge or any other nonsense. I just want Cochran and Philip to continue as long as possible. Everything they did from arm wrestling to bragging about throwing the challenge to lion cubs was pure gold.

My favorite part was when Philip and Cochran were talking in the dark, and as Philip is walking away Cochran looks at the camera with a "can you believe this guy?" look on his face. 24k gold.

Yeah, Cochran is great. The look on his face when Phillip was talking about lion cubs was hilarious.

On another note, really glad that the boring chick went home.

corinne completely overplayed her hand. that said, the move was for malcolm to encourage reynold to use his idol. malcolm and corinne could tell eddie/reynold the plan was to split the votes between the two of them. then corinne, malcolm, mike, eddie and reynold vote for Phillip or whoever.

that would have made it:

5 votes- Phillip
6 votes split between Reynold and Eddie with Sherri voting for whoever.

Maybe I'm missing something, but it seems like that would have worked and allowed them to gain power, unless the concern was that they'd only have 5 and would be up against 6 the next time. even then, I think the chances of bringing 1 person over wouldn't be that difficult.

You are right. They should have said they are splitting the vote against Reynold and Eddie.

Then all the 5 or 6 in that alliance had to do was vote Phillip.

She overplayed her hand going to Dawn.

But you know at? She is one of the biggest itches I have ever seen.

She completely blew it. She had two chances to take control. First, she could have let them split the vote and blindside Philip. But once she started pushing for Sherri, it seemed like everyone was on board and she could have kept her alliance hidden for another week. That was an even better scenario for her. Going to Dawn was one of the worst misplays I've seen in a while.

Now Corinne getting voted out isn't too disappointing, but she kind of screwed over some others in the process. Great episode though.

Yeah, it ruined Malcolm's chances. But no one knows he has the idol now.

I can't really stand Eddie but he cracked me up when they revlead the embryo and he just asked "why?"...twice.
