I loved Don Rickles. And Mel Brooks sitting at the little folding table...that whole bit seemed like a setup, except you could totally see those two old guys (who happen to be comedic legends), sitting around EVERY night and doing typical old man stuff. Looked like a great friendship between those two.

I thought the Chris Rock episode was hilarious. His line about getting a couple laughs at the funeral was great. The ending with the cop was pretty funny as well. Love this show.
I about to died when Rock said he gave the cancer kid the Pamela Anderson sex tape.
i'm late to the party but i just watched the first 4 episodes. larry david and alec baldwin's both had my sides hurting from laughing

I think somewhere in this thread someone mentioned it was going to be two sets of 6 for season 2.
It would be nice if the site gave some indication of that info though, maybe instead of "Next week on..." let us know what is going on instead of just not having a new episode up on Thursday after Rock.

I agree. I have been checking every Thursday for a new episode but to no avail. I figured since it had been more than a few weeks they were either taking a (midseason) break or it was the end of the season.
Lame. And where are the outtakes this season? Perhaps they'll come later when all the episodes are out.

The episodes were longer in season two, so I guess that made up for the lack of outtakes. I liked the outtakes as well, but beggars can't be choosers I guess. One thing Jerry said was that with the freedom of the format, he's able to experiment with it however he wants. I wouldn't be surprised to see another slight change in format for the next season.

Very exciting! I only watched the preview once and didn't have the volume very high. None of the voices popped out to me on first listen.

Comedian is some one in the business of comedy. Stand up just being one of the disciplines.
100 people don't mean anything. That is just ignorance. Just like how my inlaws think I know about everything that runs in electricity since I am into computers. In reality I am a software developer and couldn't give a sheet about computers. I usually just end up reading the instructions for what they need done.

You can have whatever opinion you want on what a comedian is. I do, however, disagree that Jerry needs to stick to stand up comedians.
There are tons of brilliant comedy minds that write and act rather than get behind the microphone. And I would love seeing them in CCC with Jerry.
