My phone won't scan it. Maybe someone else can.

From another site, it appears to be a fake. Look at the multiple letters on the left side. On a real ticket each line is a pick. It's a $10 ticket not a $2 one. He obviously photoshopped the winning number from the other lines and blotted them out, although he did a decent job of it.
