Terrible stretch pass to a gassed Comeau led directly to that goal. They had possession and instead of skating it up the ice they tried a terrible 2/3 rink-length pass that was easily picked off. Almost as ridiculous as when Gurianov dumped the puck in OT a month ago. Dumb and unnecessary.

NHL has made it almost impossible for the Stars to get the final playoff spot . Best division in the league for sure ..... but 20 games in 30 days is impossible for ANY team ( especially a team as beat up as Stars ) . And to top it off .... we are going to make you play the last 7 on the road .

No offense to you personally, but I always get annoyed by this statement. I guarantee every other team missing the playoff is saying the same thing. It's true for sure if you're putting the team in a silo, but other teams do exist and everyone is farming/grooming players for next year. I think what really hurts us, and a better argument for this season is the injury situation (and losing Janmark, still bitter about that one. Loved him on our team and he was a real example of young talent/bright future). Hell, the Texas Stars are not having a great season either, pretty much at the bottom of the barrel in the central of the AHL.
