I might be crazy, but I think I'd like to see what this team would look like under Lindy Ruff's scheme. Obviously we aren't bringing Ruff back, but I think the D-men and goalies we have now (namely not Kari) would fare significantly better than we did under Ruff's high offense / no defense run here.

Watching this team over the last 15 games, I'm thinking even if they score they'll just blow it later, so knowing the outcome is a loss takes a lot of excitement out of it. I'm a party pooper, I know.

That's kind of the problem. We can talk about how gritty the team plays and gets chances, but it's never really threatening to the other team. It doesn't seem to matter how many chances this team generates, the goals just aren't there.

Idk if playing Dowling and Kero on the 2nd PP unit is Bones fault or literally all we can do at this point given the personnel on this roster.

Just watching the talent differential on Tampas roster line after line is infuriating compared to what Nill has built.
