As good as gurianov's one timer is, we need him to start trying a backdoor slap pass or something occasionally. That look on the power play is getting predictable already.

Strong 2-way player. High "hockey IQ". Won't necessarily become a superstar but could very well be a fantastic #2 Center. I've seen his style compared to Pavelski. Just needs to grow physically and mentally (he's coming from a minor league team that was TERRIBLE, so hard to know how much he picked up there). Liking what I'm seeing so far though.

I was brought along with a ticket holder. I can imagine it's pretty difficult honestly as last year was a good run and they are making ticket holders pick and choose games. Bathroom lines are short, beer lines are short, parking doesn't suck. Only positives

Very strange to hear players talking back and forth to each other while on ice and how quiet it is in here

Exactly. He's been married to that for a while and you can predict it.

It works for Ovechkin. But Guri ain't Ovi.

It did pay off huge in the conference finals last season though.

A certain percentage of us who are right-handed played hockey left-handed. Hard to explain because I didn't do that with golf.

No, it just feels more natural for some right handers to have the right hand be the high hand on the stick.

I do everything right handed except hockey. When I was 6 or 7 playing roller hockey, my brother bought me a lefty stick on accident so I just stuck with it.

I watch this thread anyway but I'm hoping if there is any change to any way as a YouTubeTV subscriber I can watch the Stars please post it here. And I know about the go around ways but I meant if Fox starts an app for independent purchase or NHL TV fixes the blackout issue or what. I may end up getting AT&T tv for a bit but I would really prefer to not give them that satisfaction so I'm trying to hold out a little longer in hopes something happens or a deal is reached. I assume someone would post any update but I wanted to make the request because I miss watching the Stars lol.

Have no idea but I was complaining on a Facebook post and a dude told me about it and I knew I was not switching providers as I hate at&t. Not sure what I'm going to do about the Rangers but I'll watch every game of the stars.
