They had more "opt-ins" than they anticipated, and it's questionable if they'll even be able to accommodate them all (I still haven't been given confirmation that we got seats and was told that what seats we may get will assuredly be worse than normal). Secondary market will be the best bet, and scarcity may drive prices up quite a bit.

6 players, 2 staffers on the Stars tested positive for Covid. Team facilities closed.

Likely won't start our season before January 19, at the earliest.

Anybody have recommendation on skates? My old ones didn't last long after being in he attic for 8 years. Just looking for comfortable for skating. Injuries led to my hanging them up a few years ago and despite wanting to play again I guess it's wise to stick to public skates w the daughter.

Perry doesn't have much left in the tank. Yes he had a few big goals in the playoffs, but I don't think his meager production is worth all the penalties that he takes.

Splitting the monthly NHL.tv package with a buddy who is an Av's fan.

Gonna watch on my computer with a VPN and then mirror to my RokuTv hopefully. Worst case I'll at least get all the other games to watch, its an experiment I'm trying.

They also have a 99.99 for the whole season but I'm just trying it out for now so I didn't want to pay full upfront.

Most of the nhl roster is back practicing today, with the exception of Miro and Big Rig. Since game 1 is now not until Friday, the hope is those two can get back practicing early in the week.

Pretty much all the streaming sites don't have a contract with Sinclair who holds the rights to FSSW and other fox sports regional networks. I have youtubetv and will have to go a bar/restaurant to watch the game. I believe Hulu and FuboTV are in the same boat.
